Updated fact sheets for:

Microenterprise Loan Program: Loan size limit has increased from $35,000 up to $50,000.  The federal government has approved a change in federal guidelines to allow intermediaries (like SWIF) to increase their loan size limit if they wish to do so.  SWIF has approved the change in our policy.  Link:   Microenterprise Loan Program fact sheet 4-19-11

Revolving Loan Program: Their loan size limit has increased for projects in the bioscience, renewable energy, food and agriculture, and manufacturing asset sectors.  These sectors were identified in the Southern Minnesota Regional Competitiveness Project as strategic opportunities for our region.  Link:  Revolving Loan Program fact sheet
